OVERVIEW Thank you for supporting original artwork from Colourart Z. We take great pride in ensuring your unique ink line art is professionally packaged and delivered securely to your doorstep.

SECTION 1 - PROCESSING TIME All original artworks are carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package size.

  • Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders over CA$100.00.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under CA$100.00, a flat shipping rate will be applied and shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 5–11 business days
  • United States: 6–10 business days
  • International: 8–12 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing or local postal services.

SECTION 3 - PACKAGING & PROTECTION To ensure safe delivery, all artworks are professionally handled and packaged with care. Depending on the size and nature of the piece, your artwork will be shipped in reinforced heavy-duty mailing tubes or protective rigid boxes designed to prevent bending or damage during transit. We prioritize using materials that keep your original art secure until it reaches your hands.

SECTION 4 - CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES For international orders outside of Canada, please note that your shipment may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

SECTION 5 - DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS If your artwork arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials and contact us immediately (within 5 days of delivery) to initiate a claim.
