Refund policy

OVERVIEW Thank you for purchasing unique ink line art from Colourart Z. Each piece is a one-of-a-kind original created with 30 years of architectural design experience. Due to the unique nature of our artwork, we have established the following policy.

SECTION 1 - RETURN CONDITIONS We accept returns only if the item arrives damaged or if the wrong item was shipped. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

SECTION 2 - RETURN PERIOD You must contact us at zcolourartwork@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return request.

SECTION 3 - RETURN PROCESS To start a return, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the artwork.
  • Photos of the packaging (if the damage occurred during transit).

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

SECTION 4 - RETURN SHIPPING COSTS & FEES

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to damage or our error, Colourart Z will cover the full cost of return shipping.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
  • Change of Mind: As these are original artworks, we do not accept returns for change of mind or customer errors (such as providing an incorrect address).

SECTION 5 - REFUNDS We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
